IPS launches “Best of Both Worlds” Event

Dylan Burke - IPS

21 February 2008

IPS and Balwin Properties are proud to bring their latest developments to the market and to announce their new working relationship with Barclays and Absa. The event on the 16th March is one of the most significant on the IPS calendar as it is the first launch in affiliation with the two banks.

The talk on the lending institution front is that of Barclays acquiring ABSA, the South African bank of choice. This acquisition means that the lending channels between the two countries have opened up and present more opportunities for borrowing both in South African and the United Kingdom.

The grand unveiling of the IPS Barclays working relationship will be seen on March 16th of 2008. IPS will be launching developments from Johannesburg’s leading developer, Balwin Properties to the market including two new projects. In addition, IPS will also be exhibiting its first off plan UK developments with properties in Wimbledon, Watford and the north of England.

In addition, Ian Fife, editor of the property section in the South African Financial Mail will be presenting on the day. He will be discussing the property markets both in South Africa and the United Kingdom. He will be offering his viewpoint on the current market conditions and where he sees the trends. The talk is a must for any potential global investor.

The growing trend these days is the interest in creating a property portfolio that spans the countries borders, the core importance is the owning of a property in their home lands, and then once that is done is to own a property in the United kingdom, a way of securing a financial security for years to come. This is where IPS offers the ideal platform to help achieve these goals.

So whether it will be the option of foreign investment, the purchasing of your ideal home in your mother land or the acquisition of a property in the United Kingdom, you can rest assured this association will assist in achieving your goals. This event is not to be missed.
