With idyllic climate, an abundance of long beaches, eternal sunshine and tropical climates, many people have begun the conscious thoughts of it being the next port of call, and now with the IPS, it can be made a reality.
Mainland Australia, with an area of 7.69 million square kilometers, is the Earth’s largest island but smallest continent. It stretches about 3700 kilometers from north to south and 4000 kilometers from east to west. 6th largest nation. A country that is home to 21 300 408 people, where a person is born every 1min 55secs, one person dies ever 3min 58 and most importantly one new immigrant moves to Australia every 2min 51 secs, this all meaning a overall gain of one new person every 1min 51 secs.
Australia’s two-way trade in goods and services was valued at $443.6 billion in 2006-07, or about 1 per cent of total world trade and Australia’s exports of goods and services grew by 10 per cent to $215.8 billion in 2006-07. Australia recognises the important role foreign investment plays in boosting economic growth, developing competitive industries, creating jobs and increasing exports.
They say one in four people living in Australia were born in foreign lands, 75% of this startling figure is made up of people under the age of 35yrs, this due to the high influx of people wanting a better life and living standards. With such a large growth percentage of young professionals immigrating to the Australia the demand for property will grow at a rate second to none to accommodate this influx.
With its governmental system based on the liberal democratic tradition including religious tolerance and freedom of speech and association, it has reflection of British and North American models but is uniquely Australian.
It is a country South African's love to compete with and in many instances South African's have decided to move there and make it home!
