IPS Mortgages continues to grow from strength to strength. Many of our clients have benefited from our mortgage pre-approvals and we continue to weave magic on the interest rates & loan-to-value ratios that we are securing for our clients. Due to our close associations with the banks and the international channels we have helped establish within the banks, we continue to out-do our competition in helping you, the investor, get the best deal.

One of our clients - a married couple - recently applied directly through their bank manager in South Africa, but were surprised to be offered a mortgage of only 60% at Prime plus 0.5%. After approaching IPS, Rachael was able to secure a 100% mortgage at Prime minus 1.5% in just a few hours - not a bad improvement!

Hannes is in the process of completing his doctorate in using residential property as a financial investment vehicle. For the last four years, he has been giving presentations around South Africa - reaching over 50,000 people - explaining how he and his wife have used property and small businesses to achieve “financial abundance”.

However, he is continually challenged by people who are inhibited by their own misconceptions. A common misconception is that you have to have money to make money. Hannes was so frustrated by this continual negativity that he decided on the 1st of September 2004 that he was going to start with less than R1,000 which he would turn into R10 million in 5 years, with no personal sureties from himself, to demonstrate that it can be done.

It is now forty weeks into the program and the Wealth Creation Trust, which was started with just 79c, is now worth R1,016,167 million. It currently owns two properties and three businesses, and Hannes is in the process of buying another business which will take the Wealth Creation Trust to R5 million within the year.
