About Baleana Bay

Gansbaai, on the southernmost tip of Africa, is widely regarded as the best spot in the world for shark-diving and both boat- & land-based whale watching. The town was originally established as a fishing village, and now sports a picturesque harbour, while the surrounding areas are spoilt with miles of pristine beaches, beautiful fynbos, freshwater caves, and spectacular views along the coast to Cape Point.
