About Le Village
Sea Point forms a narrow corridor along the Atlantic Seaboard, nestled between Signal Hill and the ocean.
It's location is ideal: on a gentle north-facing slope, close to the Cape Town central business district, the
Victoria & Alfred Waterfont and some amazing beaches (namely Camps Bay and Clifton), yet giving the impression that it's
cut-off from the rest of the bustling city.
Today, Sea Point is a vibrant, bustling, cosmopolitan community that thrives on its multitude of trendy bars, clubs,
restaurants, delicatessens and coffee shops. This lively setting attracts (amongst others) many young, upwardly-mobile South Africans, execs from
the local movie and advertising industry, as well as the older generation looking for
the perfect inner-city location to retire in.
Sea Point benefits from being part of the local government's urban regeneration plan. It was also recently
announced that the Green Point Stadium - just 1.5km from the site of Le Village - has been selected as the Cape Town venue
for the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup. As property prices in the area play catch-up to the phenomenal growth seen in the neighbouring
areas of Camps Bay, Clifton and Bantry Bay, these factors are bound to add to the growth potential.
Le Village is situated in the heart of Sea Point, comprising 29 one and two bedroom apartments in a secure environment that matches the
integrity of the local architecture.
Construction of Le Village is expected to complete in March 2007, with prices starting
at R 1,090,000.
